# Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến giá chứng quyền

Dựa vào mô hình Black Scholes để định giá CQ, có thể thấy giá lý thuyết phụ thuộc vào **5 yếu tố** sau:

### <mark style="color:green;">**2. Giá thị trường**</mark>

* Giá thị trường của CQ được xác định bởi cung cầu của NĐT tham gia thị trưởng và cung cầu của nhà tạo lập.&#x20;
* Tổ chức phát hành (TCPH) xác định mức giả lý thuyết dựa vào các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến giá lý thuyết của CQ và tiến hành tạo lập theo phương pháp của mình, tạo ra cung - cầu của TCPH.
* Trong khi đó, cung - cầu của NĐT cá nhân được tạo ra dựa trên các yếu tố như : Xu hướng giá CKCS, số ngày còn lại, đòn bẩy của chứng quyền và biến động hàm ý.
