# 15. I forgot my log-in password, how can I get it back?

* Step 1: At the login screen, select <mark style="color:green;">**Forgot Password**</mark>
* Step 2: You enter your securities account number registered in Viet Dragon and ID/ Certificate of Business registration information registered with that account
* Step 3: Create a new password, authenticate OTP. Congratulations on successfully updating your new password

<mark style="color:red;">**Attention**</mark>: A password requires the minimum of **8 characters**, **distinguished between Uppercase and Lowercase letters**, and must **not contain special characters** (+, -, \*, /…).&#x20;
