# Yêu cầu sử dụng TK Phái sinh

**Đối tượng áp dụng**: Khách hàng mở tài khoản cơ sở bằng **Hợp đồng tích hợp** có trạng thái tài khoản “**Hoàn tất mở tài khoản**”.​&#x20;

**Đối tượng áp dụng Trừ khách hàng thuộc các trường hợp sau:**

* Khách hàng chưa hoàn thiện mở tài khoản chứng khoán cơ sở, trạng thái “Đã duyệt mở tài khoản”.​
* Khách hàng hết hạn CMND/CCCD.​
* Tài khoản đã đóng.​
* Khách hàng mở tài khoản cơ sở trước ngày triển khai eContract, cần ký Hợp đồng tích hợp & Giấy yêu cầu sử dụng TKPS.​
* Khách hàng là nhà đầu tư nước ngoài.
* Các trường hợp khác.
