* **Price (x1000)**: the unit price is 1,000 VND. For example, to set a price of 124,300 VND, you enter 124.3.&#x20;
* **Maximum Quantity**: the system automatically calculates the maximum allowed Buy/Sell volume of the stock based on the Buying Power and the Order Price.
* **Margin Ratio**: is the percentage of Profit/Loss temporarily calculated based on the Order Price and Cost Price of the ticker ordered to be sold.&#x20;
* **Total Amount**: is the temporary value of the order including fees.

### 2. Condition Order

🎯 **Concepts**

* **Condition order** is a type of order when placed with conditions. After completing the order placement, the order is in the status of Waiting for activation. The order is only activated and pushed to the exchange when the set conditions are met.&#x20;
* Types of conditional commands that Rong Viet's system is supporting: **Up order** and **Down order**.

🎯 **Definition**&#x20;

* **Market Price\*** is the last matched price at the time of order placement (during the continuous trading session) or the indicative match price (during the periodic ATO/ATC session). At the beginning of the trading session, when a last matched price is not yet available, the market price will be the reference price.
* **Trigger Price** is a pre-determined price to compare with the Market Price, when the Trigger Price meets the conditions, the order will be pushed to the exchange with the Order Price.&#x20;
* **Order Price** is the price that will be pushed to the exchange when the order meets the set conditions.

* Conditional order will be triggered if the condition is met only in Continuous Session for all Exchanges.&#x20;
* Types of orders to be placed: (1) HOSE exchange: LO, MTL; (2) HNX exchange: LO, MTL, MOK, MAK; (3) UPCOM exchange: LO.&#x20;
* When placing Condition Orders with GTD Orders:&#x20;

  > ✔ In case of partial or full match: the order will expire on the same day.&#x20;
  >
  > ✔ In case of unmatched: the order will be maintained until the selected effective date if it still meets the requirements of Bying Power (for Buy orders), Price.&#x20;
* Cancel/ Modify Conditional Orders according to the regulations Cancel/ Modify according to the session of each Exchange.

> ✔ In case of partial or full match: the order will expire on the same day.&#x20;

> ✔ In case of unmatched: the order will be maintained until the selected effective date if it still meets the requirements of Bying Power (for Buy orders), Price.&#x20;

**🎯Condition Order - Up**

* **Rules for placing orders**

✅ The Trigger Price must be **greater than** the Market Price at the time of placing the order.&#x20;

✅ As soon as the **Market Price\* increases equal to or greater than the Trigger Price**, the order will be activated and pushed to the exchange with the Order Price.

* **Example**

> ✔ On December 25, 2020, the time when the market price of VDS shares is 11.1, place a condition order BUY VDS, quantity of 100 shares, order type LO, Order price 11.2, Trigger price 11.15, enter Pending order and Select Effective date December 29, 2020. Once placed, the Order will have the status as Pending Activation.
>
> ✔ When Market price increases from 11.1 to equal to or higher than 11.15, the order to buy 100 VDS shares will be activated and transaction with Price 11.2 will be executed.
>
> ✔ In case the order is not matched, the order will continue to be valid until December 29.

**🎯Condition Order - Down**

* **Rules for placing orders**

✅ The Trigger Price must be **less than** the Market Price at the time of placing the order. ✅ As soon as the **Market Price\* falls equal to or less than the Trigger Price**, the order will be activated and pushed to the exchange with the Order Price.

* **Example**

> ✔ On December 25, 2020, the time The market price of VDS shares is 11.1, place to SELL VDS, Quantity of 100 shares, Type of LO order, Order price 11, Trigger price 11.05, without ticking for pending orders. Once placed, the Order will have the status as Pending Activation.
>
> ✔ When Market price drops from 11.1 to equal to or less than 11.05, the order to sell 100 VDS shares will be triggered for trading with Ask price 11.
>
> ✔ Due to the absence of Pending Orders, this Order is valid only on December 25.
